Glutathione Yeast


Yeast strains which have a high content of glutathione are used in the bakery industry (relaxation of dough). In addition, glutathione-rich yeast is used in food for the refinement of taste profiles and to deliver antioxidant properties of glutathione. We employed traditional breeding and selection and developed natural yeast strains that form and accumulate high levels of glutathione.
